Because the house needed a new septic system at a time when septic engineers and installers were very busy, it took over a year to get from P+S to closing. Kelly was always on top every extension or change that had to be made. This could have been an unpleasant experience, due to the length of time it took to close. Kelly's knowledge and upbeat personality made it pleasant. Kelly was the first, of three brokers I contacted, to get back to me with all the information I asked for. She kept me up to date on everything from the P + S to the closing. She is an excellent broker. She a terrific person and an excellent real estate broker.
