We are finally getting settled into our new home two weeks after our move. As we get more settled, we like our new home more and more. We are more convinced every day we made the perfect decision. We first met Kelsey at the first home we asked to tour. She met us on the driveway and made us fall in love with working with her. Our previous home hunts were not enjoyable and tedious. Kelsey was very personable with a great sense of humor. Over the next couple of months we toured 20–30 homes with her. She gave us the information we needed so we understood each home’s issues and amenities—likes and watch-outs. We could quickly tell if we liked a home or not, determine our likes and dislikes, and narrow the homes that had what we wanted. After we found what we thought was the right home, Kelsey helped schedule, work with, and resolve issues with the builder and others in the purchase and closing. Kelsey is the spark plug that makes the home buying experience fun and enjoyable.
