Kelsey Outlaw Ayala

Kelsey helped us sell a house, and buy a new one. I could not recommend using her as a realtor more. Our new house presented some challenges, but she was on top of everything at all times to make sure our experience was as smooth as possible, while also protecting us at the same time. We are highly satisfied and would recommend/use her again 1000%!

Her marketing strategies were excellent and helped showcase our home beautifully, getting multiple offers and tons of interest right off the bat. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Not to mention she had a baby in this whole process with us and seriously didn't skip a beat. Kelsey is unfathomably great at what she does. She has so many skills from her previous life experiences and education that all add up to make her some mega agent. Her detective skills and communication prowess are unmatched! She was always very responsive, she helped to gently steer us back on path when we started getting manic about the house hunting process, she even called us to reassure and comfort us when we decided to pull out of a contract after a bad inspection. She is incredibly personable. Our seller even stated that he chose our offer over another, directly because of Kelsey's responsiveness and diligence. I literally cannot speak more highly of our experience working with Kelsey. She is fantastic and I will be recommending her to EVERYONE. Did I mention she was also building a human being from scratch during all of this??!!?! (Her husband Isaiah is also amazing and getting to work with a husband/wife-lender/realtor team was SO nice, but this is about Kelsey rn! :) )
