I very much enjoyed working with Caryn. She is smart, capable, creative, responsive, and supportive. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying a house! She was professional and friendly, knowledgable, consistent, and I felt taken care of throughout the entire process. From our first phone call to the day I closed, she was truly an asset. If I ever buy another house, she will be my first phone call.

Now that I have worked with Caryn, I've pointed all my friends and family that are house hunting in her direction. She's quick, ethical, realistic, sweet, caring, charming, easy to get along with. Not pushy, and actually cares about her clients and respects all their wishes. Goes above and beyond all while being professional. She's literally the whole package. What I like most is that you can tell she genuinely really enjoys her job!!! 100/10 !!! Everything went as said. Even when things got a bit quiet and scary, we would get a check up phone call from Caryn of how things were looking which really helped with my anxiety through the whole process. It was nice to know when the bank and lawyers were quiet, Caryn would just call and have a nice brief chat about what to expect in the next few days, weeks, and months. Overall a lovely person to work with. Her experience, and knowledge of each community we were interested in was refreshing. As a young black family we felt safe, cared for and respected which I haven't felt with past agents.

Caryn really did a good job helping our family find a home. We are a peculiar family in that we have three of our seven children still residing with us, have been married 25 years, and have children with special needs. She patiently and without being patronizing I any way helped us discover what we actually wanted in a home. We ended up knowing that we wanted a home with good bones and lots of land. We did not want to pay for improvements that we would not have put in ourselves. Caryn really got us through the journey. She is a kind person who really made us feel like connecting us with a good home was more important to her than her commission. She was very knowledgeable about the local markets, and also very honest about reaching out to fellow realtors when she did not know something.I recommend her wholeheartedly.

We met Caryn randomly via a Trulia search, and I'm so glad we did! From the initial meetings & viewings, to the offer process and negotiations, right through to closing and even afterwards, Caryn has provided us with absolutely first-class service. She has a deep knowledge of the local market and seems to know everyone. For example, our vendor was in a bit of a rush, and after our offer was accepted Caryn arranged for an inspection the following day (a Sunday no less). In a sometimes tense and fraught process, she remained level-headed throughout all of it! I can't sing her praises enough!
