Kevin Daly had Excellent knowledge of local market as well as the locale overall. Very knowledgeable electronica sources and resources. Very attentive to detail. Despite the fact that we were not looking for a “high price” property, we still felt it Kevin gave us the same type of attention one would expect to receive when looking for “high price” property. We will most definitely use Kevin when it comes time to sell this property.

Kevin was absolutely great! With me every step of the way. I had a lot of must-haves and he found me a wonderful place that filled the list. Great guy!

Kevin Daly was a fantastic realtor to do business with. He made my move from another state so much easier than it could have been. He helped me find a far nicer condo than I ever thought I would end up with in my budget. He understood what I needed, was a pleasure to be around, was extremely helpful and courteous and always available when I needed something. I can't say enough about how pleased I am about my experience working with Kevin Daly.

Professional, knowledgeable and responsive! Communication was exemplary throughout the entire buying process. Kevin has a superior knowledge of new and older home construction unique to SWFL. This experience was invaluable while exploring for our perfect home. I strongly encourage you to find your next property with Kevin.

Kevin Daly is an asset to Century 21 Gulf Coast Realty.

From the moment I saw this property, Kevin Daly worked on my behalf to purchase it. I chose him as my agent because when I was interested in a property in Calusa Bayview, he took the time to go in and video the place for me. On another one I had an interest in, he took extra pictures and always got back with quick answers to my questions. He always went the extra mile, even keeping my son informed of inspection and other things. I was very happy to work with him.
