Kevin and his team are excellent. My husband and I were on a timeline when it came to selling our home. We called Kevin from the NICU two days after our twins were born because we knew we had to start the process of selling our house. We were concerned selling a house right after becoming parents to two newborns would be too much but we didn’t have another option. Boy are we happy we chose Kevin. His team did everything! They hired landscaping and painters. They worked directly with our tenants on staging and showing. We lived 3 hours from our house we were selling and I only had to drive down once to give my vacating tenants their security deposit and collect the keys. Everything else was managed by Kevin’s team. It was a breeze. In addition to how easy the process was, we also sold our home for quite a bit more than what we anticipated. I never thought we would get more than 465K for our home and Kevin helped us secure an offer for 50k more than that. Part of that was a favorable market, but I believe if it wasn’t for the staging and negotiating facilitated by Kevin, that wouldn’t have been possible. Beyond that, Kevin is just a good guy. He’s personable and honest. If you are looking for a realtor that works hard to make the process easy for his clients, Kevin is your guy.

Kevin maintains his steady path. He is educated and smart in decision making. He is overtly available at all times and smooth during unknowns.
