When we decided to leave CA for another state Kevin facilitated the sale of our home, as well as gave us a referral to an excellent agent at our destination. Due to the timing of a new job, we literally packed up all our belongings, gave the keys to Kevin and left our home in his teams hands. Kevin and team took care of everything, scheduling all inspections, correction of inspection items, cleaning, staging, etc. He communicated everything that was happening so we were always knew who was coming and going and when. After our home was listed we had multiple offers within 5 days. We were able to accept an offer above our list price and close 16 days after acceptance. We were able to close on a new home in our new state just 6 days after our home in Sacramento closed.
