Not only did we find the market difficult but we ran into a difficult situation once our offer was accepted. Due to the nature of our offer we were unable to use standard Clark county documents but Kevin went above and beyond to help us understand them and use the in accordance with our offer. Even after the offer was accepted we faced challenging obstacle with The Escrow company as well as the sellers when it came to them completing construction that was agreed upon.
