I would let Kevin sell anything! You won't find him on instagram or tik tok doing any dances, for his true value is in his experience. We had a very smooth experience with what I felt was a unique property to sell. He remained confident but realistic, and we had a clear plan in regards to preparing the house for listing. Kevin handled any issues from buyers and agents and spared us from the "noise". We were able to negotiate a fair price in the end which no surprises. The only surprise was that Kevin had sold the same property to my parents 20 years prior! Get you an agent who has experience, wisdom, confidence, and can get the job DONE.

Kevin is awesome!!! So knowledgeable and helpful. The property was in a great location but the HOA was having challenges with providing heat. We were having to sell the property without heat. Other agents were having issues closing with lenders because of the heat. Kevin did an excellent job communicating with other agents about the issues but pointed out the value of the location. He educated the buying agents on the HOA's plan and where they were with the process. Other agents wouldn't touch this but property but Kevin got it sold.
