Kiki Gambroudes

I would highly recommend KiKi for your realtor. She goes above and beyond to find the home that best suits your lifestyle. She's very honest and knowledgeable about the homes we looked at. Always available to help and answer every question. A pleasure to work with!

We had a wonderful experience working with Kiki! With her vast knowledge of the Okanangan area, it allowed us to branch out and succeed in finding our dream home. Being that we were from out of town it made all of the difference to have her as our realtor. She was able to be there in times that we weren't able to be. She was fabulous with her communication and kept us up to date. We always felt we were in the best of hands. Her expertise when it came time to write an offer made us feel completely at ease. Kiki is super friendly, positive, very knowledgeable, communicative and determined. All of the things you look for in a realtor. We 100% recommend her, you won't be disappointed!

We truly appreciated Kiki's professionalism and positive energy with the sale of our custom built home. Our home got an accepted offer within 6 days of listing. Her knowledge of the local market was key to this successful transaction .
