This is our second home purchess with Kim Bloem. A thing that stands out with Kim is it is obvious that she has a lot of experience in real estate and is able to utilize it to our benifit. When selling my mom's home, I had 3 realtors come out to give me estimates. I had mentioned to Kim that I was trying to rehome my mom's cats. She truly cared about helping find homes for them. She also gave me a contact to sell some of my mom's Antiques. This was all before I even chose her to sell the house. She proved that she cared about the bigger picture and not just making a sale, so I hired her as my realtor. I am soooo glad I did! She was on top of things every step of the way. She had excellent communication and answered any questions I had, even well into the evening. She was always friendly and professional. I would recommend Kim to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
