I chose Kim as my realtor because she's both efficient and effective. She keeps me well informed at every step, and her deep knowledge of houses gives me confidence in her guidance.

A very good Realator that understood my needs and helped me through the entire process.

Kim was someone who gained our confidence over time as our property manager. We considered other firms and agents, but it was obvious that she would be the very best agent to promote and sell the property. We were confirmed in our judgement as Kim did a great job evaluating the property, presenting it to buyers, and negotiating the sale and closing. We appreciate her work and recommend her enthusiastically to other potential sellers.

Kim looked like she had tremendous experience when I was searching for an agent online so I trusted my instincts and gave her a shot. As an out of state investor finding people you can trust is critical to your success. Every house I buy here on out in the area will be through Kim and her amazing team.

Kim Clingenpeel was patient, attentive, professional, going above and beyond to guide us through the process .
