Kim was great. A joy to work with, easily accessible and responsive as questions arose. I would definitely recommend her to others. Easy, no hassle. She could not have done anything better!

Kim is an amazing individual. She was very patient with me as I was a new home buyer and I was a first timer doing it alone. Kim alway took the time to explain the answers to all of my questions with no frustration whatsoever. Kim was attentive to my needs and courteous of my time. She educated me as we went along in my house hunting journey and I am truly grateful and appreciative for her.

Even though she was feeling under the weather she came and sat in her car while I signed for my house, and made sure to congratulate me from a distance to make sure I knew she was there for me. She also took everything that I said into consideration and made sure I understood what I was getting into since this was my first home.
