Kim worked diligently , showed tenacity and perseverance throughout the entire process. She faced difficult demands in constraints and time lines in this relocation. She was very prompt in every exchange, through in document requirement and very attentive. We had to use another agent to sell our previous home due to distance of the relocation.and other agents over time. Kim is by far the best agent we have ever dealt with in every manner. I say that with the understanding that we were a fairly demanding client. She handled that professionally as well. She made it easy to put our attention on finding a "home" instead of trying to figure out what to do next. BRAVO!!

Kim Clingenpeel was so flexible and willing to help. She went above and beyond and helped us get a property that we would have missed without her.

Really liked Kim she helped us through the hole Process. Kim was very friendly and always answered my questions. Thank you Kim

She was fantastic and very patient with us as we were going thru this house buying process. If we had to do it all over again I would want none other than her to help us out. Our deepest thanks for all that she did.

Kim was referred to me by Quinn Thurin. From day one Kim worked diligently to help make my dream come true, my first house in 13 years! She never gave up on me even when I gave up on me. I felt she put my needs before her own, and made more than just a sale. I'm happy to call her my friend!

Kim went far and above what others would have done for us , just a great job well done.
