We are very happy with the services of Cressy and Everett real estate and our agent Kim Clingenpeel.

We feel comfortable with Kim as our broker.

Kim was a great and amazing realtor, she very friendly whatever we needed to see a home she made arrangement for us to see the home around our schedule.

She is nice and helpful and i will recommend her to friends and family. And thank you Kim for all you have done. We appreciates everything.

Kim Clingenpeel was great on getting back with me when I had questions or concerns. Kim new my hours were tough and could not be predicted. She would change her schedule so that we could chat at 2300 and would send those helpful appointment reminders. Kim is the type of individual that if she does not know an answer she soon will and is prompt to supply it to you. Kim goes that extra mile, that is refreshing in this time era. That speaks volumes if your selling pizzas, cars, cloths, and yes homes!

Kim was easy to work with.

thanks, Kim! we did it!
