Was brutally honest about home construction, neighborhoods, CDD fees, planned development and issues with agencies. She was incredibly aggressive with negotiations with the Seller's agency and got me to a settlement price I never would have guessed. She also fought to get every benefit I could, actively engaged on mortgage rates, utilities, and insurance to make sure I was getting the top dollar deal. She went FAR beyond what any expectation I had for an Agent was. I would use here again any day and refer her to anyone!
