Kim Lyon

Kim was very informative & knowledgeable from start to finish. She made you feel like more than just a business transaction & really took time to listen & get to know me. She took the time to pray blessings over my new home purchase. Kim was also very honest with be about everything during the purchase process. Would recomend her to anyone looking for a seasoned, knowledgeable and friendly realitor.

We first needed Kim 16 years ago when we were moving from Dayton to the Columbus area. She was wonderful guiding us to different areas and we decided on Gahanna and have loved it ever since! We then downsized 10 years ago and she was so helpful and patient as we looked at a bunch of different houses until we finally found our "diamond in the rough" ! It was mostly rough! ha She then helped our daughter buy a house before Covid hit, and now one for a rental property. Kim is knowledgeable, compassionate, FUN, intuitive, experiencd and now family to us!! We won't use anyone else for real estate, and are happy to recommend her to any one needing a new home!!
