It's been 24 years since I had to deal with a realtor. I'm so glad I picked Kim Marty. It must be fate that I chose her because I feel we are now friends. In the past year and a half, I actually had like 3 separate business doings with her. Kim also helped my friend Harriet Villarreal buy her condo cause I recommended Kim Marty to her. Then Kim sold my house and I also bought my condo through her. Nothing could have been more enjoyable.

Kim is the kind of person that when you start talking to her, its like you've known her your whole life. It has been my privilege to meet and work with her during this long ordeal. I now would consider Kim a friend.

I’m a 35 yr. old single guy, and I just moved to the area. I have never owned my own home before. I guess you could say I was a little nervous about the whole process. More like terrified… lol. Kim Marty was absolutely amazing through the entire process. I don’t even know how many places we looked at, but she always had a smile. Kim did an excellent job helping us find our first home. She always took care of us & our needs & answered any questions we had. She was always available by phone, either text or call & also by email. She even took care of our 1 yr old girl when we would be looking at homes with her. Kim did an extremely excellent job & we couldn't be happier
