Kim did a great job on keeping on top of everything. Kim went above and beyond for us. Kim was very patient with us as first time home buyers.

Had it not been for Kim we would not have gotten are home. Everyone isn't working with perfect circumstances when purchasing there 1st home and she was able to work with us and work us through some of our difficulties without letting us feel inadequate or unworthy. I would recommend Kim because she's patient and knows her stuff when it comes to contracts and best practices. In the game of home purchases their could be plenty of obstacles and you want someone that can keep you on the right schedule.
