Kim made our home buying process very easy. She was wonderful to work with and very helpful and knowledgeable throughout every step.

Kim went above and beyond to get us to close on time

Kim was on time, curious and driven. She did a great job getting us the best price for our house. It sold within 10 hours of being listed.

Kim Toogood was great this entire process. I have already recommended her to my brother.

Kim was personable and knowledgeable. She was helpful through the ENTIRE process

She listed the property and had a over asking price ( that we felt was fair market ) in 3 days and closed in 7 days. What more can you ask for. Would use her again !!!
