Kimberly was professional, knowledgeable, and very willing to listen to what we had to say. She helped inform our decision on several points and was very helpful from step 1 to the end of the process. It was wonderful that she was always just a text or email away and she touched base periodically to keep us updated. She came highly recommended and she more than lived up to our expectations.

This was one of the most difficult thing to do is to sell my mom's home Kim did an outstanding job. She kept us informed with what we needed to know. She did alot of back ground work that we did not need to get involved. I would highly and I truly mean highly recommend Kim! thank you again

Kimberly spent 4 hours with us at our first meeting with her to educate and prepare us for the sale of our condo. She handle the process in a professional manner utilizing document share application and took the time to teach us how to use it to expedite the paper work needed. She listed the condo had an open house on a Sunday and sold it on the following Wednesday and 12,500.00 over asking price. Overall stress free great experience !

Kim is attentive, professional and simply gets the job done. Her straightforward approach is refreshing when there is so much that needs to be communicated throughout the process. I would highly recommend using Kim in the future.

Definitely highly recommend Kim to others. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and did everything in our best interest.

I loved working with Kim. She was so helpful and professional. Would use her again no questions asked!
