Kimberly Idel

Kim has been a lifeline in the process of our real estate adventures! This is the second time we have worked with Kim. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and honest. She always took my calls, and calmed all of my nerves. Her commitment to her job and the sale of our home was unwavering. I always felt reassured after talking with her. I would recommend her and her team to anyone! If you are not using Kim and her team, you simply missed out on using the best.

Kimberly Idel recently helped me sell my house and was fantastic. I had previously used Kim to both sell a home and purchase one, so I knew she would be awesome. She has so much experience in the local market - she advised me about which rooms needed touch-ups and which repairs I should complete prior to selling. She even calmed me down when I was panicking about how 'clean' the house needed to be ("Do I really need to clean all of those old window blinds, Kim?" "No - let's just take them down so the natural light shines in!") One day, Kim showed up with her trailer and hauled some larger things away for me!! She also helped me complete a million last-minute tasks when I was exhausted. She is friendly, energetic, and goes beyond normal expectations to help people with purchasing and selling homes - I whole heartedly recommend Kimberly Idel!

I've bought and sold a number of properties over the years. This was the first purchase where I was completely unfamiliar with the local market. My wife and I are so fortunate to have met Kim and been able to rely on her. We could not have asked for a more professional, knowledgeable and personable partner.
