While her knowledge of real estate processes and the local market was excellent, what impressed me most was her attention to every detail and keeping us on schedule. As anyone that has recently purchased property knows, there so much to keep up with and submit by a specific time, and Kimberly kept us on track, with financing, contract timelines and still had time to provide insight into areas I did not even think about. My wife and I are in assisted living, Kimberly came to our residence for the process because it is difficult for us to go any where. Powers of attorney and doctors evaluations were required and Kimberly and Kimberly was informative and provided assistance. She brought the closing agent to our residence. She maintained constant contact with frequent updates. Kimberly handled cleaning and the removal of unwanted items. She is the textbook model of a full service agent. If I were asked to rate Kimberly's services on a scale of 1-10, where 10 is for excellence, I would rate her at 11 because she was able to sell our house in the middle of winter in two weeks, which is unexpected for a house in the countryside in Northern Virginia with a higher price tag. From the outset, Kimberly was trustworthy, professional, confident and very knowledgeable about the real estate market in Northern Virginia and she provided good advice on how to optimally remodel the property in order to get the best price for it and to sell quickly. She also went over and above what was expected of a realtor and helped to manage the remodeling project while keeping us constantly updated on issues and progress on the remodeling project, which was critical to us as we live overseas. She was also invaluable in putting us in touch with various contractors to enable us to complete the remodeling and final touch ups. We recommend her service without any reservations.

We planned to move in a year, and when our dream home became available 1 month into the process, Kim was able to help us make an offer and negotiate with the seller. Our offer was accepted and we sold our house the following month. We were very impressed how easy and quick this process was. Kim is a pleasure to work with.
