It’s easy to find a realtor. What’s not quite as easy is finding a realtor who goes above beyond in every way. Kimberly is extremely savvy, always professional and brings a smile filled with positivity and encouragement during every step of the home-buying process. She served as our agent as we purchased our new home. Always responsive and assertive to our needs, she worked her schedule to meet our demanding one and in the rare instance she was not available she made sure we were taken care of by one of her team, who would then treat us like their own clients. Kimberly consistently looked for every opportunity to give us an advantage in an otherwise cash market. And played a huge part in establishing a relationship with a seller, who ultimately accepted our offer.
