There was no doubt we wouldn't sign contract after the meeting, although I had already decided beforehand. From preparing us to get the home ready to be listed, marketing plans, follow through, open houses, reviewing offers, and throuhout escrow, Kimberly really exceeded our expectations. She is professional, experienced, knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and responsive. She possesses all skill sets you want from a realtor. If you want to be happy with your home transaction, I wouldnt recommend anyone else but Kimberly!
