Kim was very knowledgeable on all the aspects of the real estate process. From asking me many questions about what type of house I was looking for, features of the house (including what I did not want). She took the extra time to explain houses in the area I was looking in, and explained all the good features and what to look out for in the bad features. I knew what in wanted, and I had a very detailed list of the features of the house I was looking for. She never pressured me in to a house that was not right for me. Even with the market being slow, she worked very hard on keeping in touch with me and never tried talk me into something so she could have a quick sell. The bottom line is, in the 4 months it took to find my "dreamhouse" I ended up buying exactly what I explained to her (and more) in the 1st week of my house search.
