She was on top of the negotiations and ensured the offers and counter offers were reasonable. She always stayed in contact with me to let me know what was going on in the process and ensured the seller was doing their part as well. Not only this, Kimi was extremely honest and always looked out for my interest above anything else in terms of purchasing the house.
