Very Satisfied!

Thankyou Kip for your exceptional service we couldn't ask for anything else thankyou very much and Thankyou Century 21 Lund Chehalis

Kip made the whole process easy and was beyond helpful throughout the sale process. HIS staff were always professional and were able to assist me with any issues and tasks that needed to be completed. Although the process itself can be stressful, I was buying a new home at the same time, Kip was there with me every step of the way. I can't recommend him enough to anyone who is selling their home. Absolutely the best in the business!

Very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. He was extremely responsive to any questions and professional in all aspects. I would recommend him to anyone looking for someone to help with buying or selling a house.

I wasn't sure EXACTLY what I was looking for. Whatever it was, Kip made corrections to match what I was looking for next. ALWAYS very helpful. Very honest and hard working. I would recommend him over and over.

Kip has the knowledge and experience to give you the 110% effort selling your property.

Kip is the kind of realtor that will literally give you the shirt off his back if he thought it would help you sell your house. I have sold 3 properties with Kip and every time he helps make it an easy process to go through. I plan on using Kip in the future.

If you are looking for a great realtor, look no farther! Kip Barker did an absolute wonderful job selling my home. He is very personable and will walk you through the process step by step. He cares about what you want and is honest about your expectations. He is well connected with other businesses in the community that you may need to help fix your house up to sell. As a first time home seller, Kip made this experience stress free!
