We have just completed a home sale with Kip as our listing agent. He brought experience and expertise to every aspect of the process. For putting together the listing, he directed the photographer to emphasize the best features of the house and even arranged the furniture for best effect. Two days after the listing went live we had seven showings in a single day. Kip hosted every showing in person. By nightfall we had four written offers. We agreed on which offer to contract, then Kip arranged for a backup offer. We had some difficulties with the buyer and Kip handled each issue with intelligence, honesty and wit.
