We considered a few other names, but were set on meeting with Kirk first. We had met several different realtors/brokers at other open houses, Kirk had stuck out to us, and we knew we had to at least meet with him. Kirk was awesome! He taught us a ton when it comes to making sure we are getting not only what we need, but also what we want. He easily understood our weaknesses and was able to support us to make the process as simple as possible. Again, Kirk was awesome! I am a high stress individual, buying our first home was not a walk in the park for me mentally. However, Kirk was always there to help calm me down when I would get a little over zealous, or would back up my rationalizations if i needed to lean on him.
