Kirk always goes above and beyond when helping us purchase a new house. He is quick to respond to our inquiries and is willing to travel to show us properties. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a house and is looking for a realtor that will give you the facts and be honest. We appreciate his drive and courteous attitude as we tend to look at multiple properties in our searches. His professionalism and friendly demeanor will bring us back to him when looking for our next property.

Kirk was recommended by our loan agent, if not for his tireless work, we feel we may have lost this one opportunity to own this beautiful home. In our opinion, Kirk is the very best Century 21 has to offer, we feel blessed to have made his acquaintance, the Soens' Many companies talk about their 'model' agents, well in our opinion, you have one in Kirk, one to model ALL others after, he truly is an agent a cut above the rest Being our first home purchase, we have little experience to draw on, but Kirk made it as trouble free as possible, and with both of us being disabled, it took a lot of stress off of us both. Kirk was always early at every scheduled appointment, his confidence gave US confidence that we were going to close, on time, and in budget.

Kirkland was always professional, helpful, understanding, and kind. He always listened to my concerns and questions. Kirkland kept us updated after the sale of our home through the closing. He was great.

Far and away the best experience from start to finish. Having had horrible real estate purchasing experiences a year before, we were very apprehensive and Kirk stepped in understood us and what we needed and owned the process from the start to finish.

Kirk truly understood the value of our home and represented it so well it sold in 1 week with multiple offers for asking price! Kirk was extremely approachable, understanding, friendly, and professional throughout the entire sales experience. I know our home was not the only home he was dealing with but we always felt as if we were his only client. We would and will recommend him to our friends and family very highly!
