Kolby was very accessible, easy to work with, and extremely knowledgeable about the local market and the buying process. She was very professional, and provided helpful guidance every step of the way.

Kolby was easy to work with, attentive, and made the selling process feel seamless. Everything was handled efficiently, and we felt confident throughout the entire transaction. We’d gladly work with her again and recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

Working with Kolby Medlin was awsome. The process from start to finish was easy and quick. Kolby really knows what she's doing when it come to selling your property. Couldn't be more pleased with the process and the outcome... Kolby Medlin Rocks.. If you're looking to sell property, You can't go wrong asking for Kolby to list it for you!!!!!!

We needed a house priced right for a relatively quick sale. She was spot on and we received multiple offers. Kolby is professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. We were highly satisfied with the outcome. We will be recommending her to friends and family in the area.

Where do I start? From start to finish, Kolby was a true gem! Kolby was recommended to us by another agent who thought we would be a good fit and she was right. I wish there was a higher rating than excellent because Kolby exceeded everything we needed. She was accessible, professional, and communicable. More often than not, she answered our questions before we even had a chance to ask them. During our walk-through, she noticed things that we didn't; her attention to detail was "spot on!" We went straight to our new home from our closing and Kolby had left some very thoughtful and personal gifts at our home which meant so much to us. Without hesitation, we would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor (in fact, we already have!) Kolby has a bright future and we can't wait to see what the future holds for her!
