Kolby was great to work with! Would highly recommend her!

This is the second transaction that Kolby has helped us with this year and we couldn't be more satisfied with every aspect of her service. She was very knowledgeable in all things real estate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kolby to anyone with real estate needs!

Kolby was very friendly and cooperative and always was around when I needed her :)

Kolby worked with my mother in law in the sale of her home in Clayton NC. She was extremely knowledgeable, available for every call, and above all very patient and understanding. We wouldn't hesitate to call her again with any of our real estate needs.

Kolby was professional, and very helpful. Made many calls and visits to my home to make it easier for me in the listing and selling process. Joyce Clay

This was our first experience selling property in many years and we were in need of an agent that could assist us through this unfamiliar process. Kolby was most certainly the agent we needed. She embraced our apprehensions and guided us smoothly through the entire transaction. I would highly recommend Kolby Medlin for all things real estate.
