Kori Latham

Hi, I’m Kori! I was born on Sheppard Air Force Base and raised right here in Wichita Falls, so this community holds a special place in my heart. I graduated from City View in 2018 and from Midwestern State University in 2021 with a marketing degree (go Mustangs!). I’m newly married to my best friend, Reed, and we’re happily wrapped around the paws of our two spoiled pups, Charlie and Murphy. When I’m not helping clients find their perfect home, you can usually find me at the lake, traveling, or spending time with friends and family. Real estate isn’t just my career, it’s my passion. Whether you’re buying, selling, or just curious about the market, I’m here to guide you every step of the way and make the process as smooth as possible. I’m excited to help you with all your real estate needs - backed by local expertise, a personal touch, and a true love for the place I call home.
