Kory was great to work with throughout the entire home-buying process. He was very knowledgeable and his experience in the industry was clearly evident. We never felt rushed while looking at showings, and he always had great input and advice in regards to each house that we saw. He was always very accessible, and very quick to respond to texts/calls/emails. He was always able to schedule a showing for us within 1 - 2 days of our request. I have nothing but positive things to say about Kory. He was professional, friendly, and great to work with - I would definitely refer him to a friend and work with him again in the future.

Kory was a pleasure to work with. He was very easy going, super accommodating and knowledgeable about the process. I sincerely appreciated his patience, flexibility and his assistance in helping to guide me through the whole process of being a first time home buyer. He was professional and timely when responding to my needs and assisting me in finding the perfect home that met my criteria. I also appreciated that he helped me through the negotiation process and communicated clearly through all parties involved. He was always on time, or early, and he was absolutely helpful in helping arrange viewings and even providing me the transportation to see the units. The process of purchasing a new home was very easy and seemed effortless with Kory's support and I found a home much sooner than I expected. He was able to help recommend contacts for a mortgage broker, real estate lawyer and other helpful connections along the process. Many thanks to Kory for being a fantastic real estate broker. I will definitely recommend Kory to friends and family considering a new home in the future.

Kory was fantastic. He was very accommodating when we asked for additional viewings and other requests we had when purchasing our home. He kept us informed every step of the way and answered any questions we had without delay.

Kory Mobey, was so patient with us, really very helpful. So easy to get in touch with.. Couldn’t ask for better fit.

We are of a older generation, Wayne was in this home for 40 year,so it was difficult for him to make this big leep ! Kory was very understanding ,and patient. He was there when we needed him. We are both very happy with everything,we miss him.

Mr Mobey is definitely the best realtor I could ever find in my area. I dealt with many realtors before I found Mr Kory and had very bad experiences. From meeting Mr Kory I could trust him and I was sure he could handle my home purchase for me. He communicated clearly and was always accessible. He is a professional and I highly recommend him. I am sharing this so everybody can use his services from the start and make a purchase a smooth and easy process.

It was an experience we will never forget. Keep Korey around for long years, he is a treasure.

I came across Kory through an online portal, or otherwise, a stroke of luck. With his guidance, we found two great properties to put offers on and I was able to move into my new home within a month. Kory's experienced negotiation skills ensured I did not miss out on a fantastic investment. I could not have had a better first-time buying experience. Thanks again Kory!
