I liked the idea of Kory being knowledgeable of real estate matters. He took me step by step with the process being a first time home buyer until possession date. I remember asking him some silly questions but he never hesitated to answer them. The gift card and the items he gave me for cleaning the house before move in really came in handy. I would always recommend him to my family and friends. Thank you Kory Mobey!

Kory Mobey was "a keeper" from the first phone conversation we had with him. He first contacted us, on the same day we had booked a request online to view a property. We are from out of province and had no idea who he was, or who he worked for when he first called us. We also knew very little about the city of Edmonton and greatly appreciated his approach and expertise, which proved to be excellent. From start to finish, Kory was genuinely engaged in our interests as we presented them to him, he was intuitive and always on point, super accommodating and flexible, one step ahead from beginning to end, and still he was relaxed, funny and very personable. We couldn't have asked for more, he exceeded our expectations for service and professional communications, and without a doubt we will call Kory the next time we need a broker in Edmonton. He was outstanding in his role as a broker, and top notch in his consistent attention to detail and understanding of our priorities. Kory listens, which is a very rare quality. We had only a short time to view properties in Edmonton and thankfully, with his efficient coordination and the apparent ease of which he was able to coordinate things for us, we found the perfect property. We closed on the deal within a month and without a single glitch. Because of Kory Mobey we now own exactly the property we were hoping to find in Edmonton and our buying adventure was an absolute pleasure!

He really cares! He wants you to find what you are looking for and something you will love, even if it takes a while. He doesn’t give up on you or your dreams.

As a first time home buyer, I am so happy to have Kory guide me throughout the whole process. Kory is always on top of things. He is quick to address any requests I have, and he's always patient to answer my questions, regardless of how stupid and silly they are. I was able to get an amazing deal for my dream home, thanks to Kory's knowledge of the market and negotiation process. What really impressed me about Kory is that he genuinely cares about his clients' well-being instead of pushing for a quick sale. I cannot count the number of times Kory actually warned me against buying a certain property, because of potential problems and challenges for resale in the future. It says a lot about Kory's integrity and character, both as a realtor and a person. I highly, highly recommend Kory to anyone considering buying a property.

Kory made us feel at ease so the whole procedure of the sale was smooth. The information he provided for us to get in touch with a lawyer was excellent. I don't remember an incident which I felt worried about the purchase of our new place. He always had our best interest in mind. Professional and to the point.

Kory contacted me after I had requested viewings online. It worked out well for both of us! Kory made my first time buying a home seem easy and was able to guide me through all the steps. He always went out of his way to contact me/meet me on my schedule.

Kory Mobey/Liv Real Estate was a pleasure to have as my real estate agent. He never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly. He offered excellent advice, answered every question and helped me make informed decisions. Even when I was tired of looking at properties and was ready to give up, Kory somehow managed to get me to see a few more listing. The process of finding the right property was long and painful but Kory was the shining light at the end of the tunnel. Kory was able to help me through my first home buying process and made it less stressful with his knowledge and expertise. I would like to thank you for the time and effort you spent with me.I would definitely recommend Kory Mobey/Liv Real Estate to anyone and would definitely use his services again.
