Was working with another broker when I met Kory who was showing a house to my friend. I really liked the information he was giving my friend on the property, none of which my current broker was giving to me I have worked with several realtors over the years and I have never been as happy with any of them as I was with Kory. I actually felt like he listened to what I wanted, was patient with all my questions and gave me great advice. I never felt like I was just a number and he only cared about making a sale. He saved me thousands of dollars on my home purchase, by providing me with the comps in the area and advising me to wait on an offer as the home was overpriced. Sure enough they did a price reduction a week later, then we were able to go in with an offer and got an even better deal. I would have paid too much if he simply told me to write an offer right away. He's an honest and super great guy! Would highly recommend him to anyone in the future! Amazing realtor!
