Kory is friendly, experienced, accessible and was able to provide valuable information that helped with our house purchase. We would fully recommend Kory to any of our friends and family for any real estate transactions.

When I first met Kory I had no idea what I was doing as I was a first time home buyer. He explained everything to me in detail and got me on track. His insights were very informative and helped me navigate through what I needed to do. He showed me places I was interested in and provided insights to what I should look for in each. Overall a great experience, 10/10 would recommend!

Kory was exceptional throughout the whole process. Made buying our dream home the most pleasant experience. If you ever need an agent don’t hesitate to contact Kory.

- Kory was on my side the entire time, - He was always quick to action any requests and explain any changes or requirements insurance or real estate jargon. - It was a targeted buy, so speed was critical and he was very efficient - Took all COVID pro-cautions

He made a daunting task much easier by finding homes that met our criteria. Thanks for looking out for us Kory!

Kory always had our best interests at heart and always strived to do what was best for us. He was so easy to talk to and so helpful! He was also extremely accessible and was always available to answer any questions we had. Kory made the whole process extremely easy and smooth, especially in the middle of a pandemic. He was also very patient with a couple of first time home buyers, which was much appreciated!

Kory was a good dude (probably still is). Helpful through the entire process. Helped me close on a property 12k under asking. Never bought a home before now so I'm not sure if that's a little or a lot, but it worked for me in any case. Friendly and to the point. I'd use his services again if I needed to find another place in town.
