We would highly recommend Krista Ruppert for any real estate needs. It was one of the easiest settlements we ever had. Thanks for being thorough. Thanks again! Doug/Missy

Krista Ruppert helped me sell my property, a 3-acre lot at 138 S Peiffer Rd in Wellsville, York County, PA. I recommend her to investors and homeowners who want a strong Central Pennsylvania real estate agent. Her lender knowledge is a real advantage. Krista knows exactly which lenders to use for certain situations, when other agents do not have a clue. Her contacts are just as strong. Krista has the right network for every stage of a deal, lenders, title companies, and trusted local professionals, so issues get handled fast and closings stay on track. Those contacts make a huge difference when you need results. Krista moves quickly, acts fast, and is truly investor-friendly. For investors and homeowners in Wellsville, York County, and around Cumberland County who need the right lenders, strong contacts, and an agent who gets deals closed, hire Krista Ruppert at Iron Valley Real Estate of Central PA.

Krista was very helpful every step of the way. She answered all my questions timely and pointed me in the right direction with tasks I needed to complete.

Krista was amazing with her constant communication and updates. She also did a lot of the leg work with me with the lender and was always available whenever I had questions.
