Kristin was very knowledgeable, informative and very helpful in every detail of my condo sale! Kristin was a pleasure to work with.

Kristen expertly marketed and brought to successful closings - THREE - rental properties we owned and this one was #3 and the results were nothing short of perfect. She and her team handled everything, from the marketing plan to dealing with multiple offers. She handled all the inspections and appraisers while dealing with the in - place tenants. Kristen is the only realtor I will use. I have two more to list in the spring and Kristen will by my agent! Thank you for all your efforts and experience.

Kristen Butts is always so helpful and easy to get a hold of. She makes buying and selling as quick and easy as possible.

Kristen sold my 2-family home in about 5 hours. She dealt with multiple offers and advised me on the best course of action. The closing went smoothly and appreciated Kristen's referral of attorney and other professionals to get the job done swiftly and to everyone's satisfaction. Kristen has brought another investment property to contract and we expect another quick closing. I look forward to Kristen beginning the final three sales and can't endorse her skill and process more. JUST CALL KRISTEN! Jeffrey Griswald Realty LLC

Kristen was extremely professional very very attentive and Extremely communicative

We will never use another agent not named Kristen Butts. She is amazing! She is knowledgeable, kind, trustworthy and just incredible. We have bought 4 houses (and sold 2) where Kristen was our agent. We will never use anyone else. She goes way above and beyond all expectations!

Friends recommended Kristen to us from their successful experience with her. What a fantastic recommendation-- she was amazing! Kristen was incredible: she gave us time nights and weekends, figured out good comps for the house we eventually chose and got us a terrific price in an intense market. She even helped us navigate obtaining an inspection and getting fixes made. This is our first house, and she was available to help us navigate everything. Her advice and attention to detail were stellar, and she has excellent partners throughout the process-- from obtaining a loan to lawyers for closing. We plan to refer friends to her, and will definitely work with her when it is time to sell our home.

Kristen is unbelievable. She was in there offering to help as we went through lots of complicated and difficult things in a crazy market and with our many different needs for a house and yard. She went to town offices twice to find out about fencing, wetlands, etc and she found service providers for everything - at least a dozen different contacts - and then kept asking if there was anything else she could do. I've never seen or heard of anything close in a realtor before. we were all amazed and some confidence in humanity was restored! In terms of making offers and the closing she was a ROCK and super capable of competing while handling people humanely. We beat out 21 other offers on our house because of Kristen. She made the difference, from dark to light, in the entire process. I am forever grateful to her.
