Kristen is a true professional, she knows everything there is to know about selling a home and I wouldn’t change anything at all about our experience. She helped us navigate several competing offers (because we had 11 solid offers within 3 days on the market!!!) in order to choose the best one and was there for every step along the way. We’ve worked with kristen in the past, and didn’t even think twice about contacting her for this sale. Kristen is reliable, knowledgeable, honest, and an incredible business woman! I recommend kristen to anyone and everyone I know who is looking for a realtor!

Kristen is without question the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She is always professional and well informed, with excellent communication skills. Kristen took the time to truly understand our needs and wants and help us find the perfect home for our family.

Kristen Butts is the go to realtor!! If you want your house sold then choose her! She is very understanding about your needs and the needs of your family. Her knowledge of how the market is is outstanding. We used Kristen Butts based upon the recommendation of a previous home inspector who had worked with her for years, he had nothing but high praise for her so we knew we wanted her and he had used her before also. She is kind, very outgoing and keeps you in the loop with everything, you don’t have to go hunt her down to find out information about what is happening, she is always on top of everything. We had already moved out of state before our closing and Kristen and Pat McVane handled everything up in CT so that we didn’t even have to fly back for the closing. If I could gift Kristen with chickens from TN I would give her 10 clucks!!

We would highly recommend Kristen Butts to anyone looking for a realtor for a purchase or sale. She made this experience a smooth one for us throughout the process. We were comfortable asking any question and she was able to answer or get me an answer that was quick and complete. Kristen helped us find not just a house but a home that felt comfortable and what we were looking for from the moment we first opened the door and has not changed since moving in. She understood what we wanted and guided us through the process of setting the right search criteria, putting together a successful offer in a very unique market, managing the inspection process and ensuring a timely closing. She has checked in several times since to make sure there were no concerns since moving in which is certainly above and beyond.

Kristin was great! She was knowledgeable and able to coordinate the sale keeping everyone involved up to date. I can’t think of enough nice things to say about her.

In such a competitive current market environment, Kristen knew exactly what we needed to offer to get our dream home. This home purchase couldn’t have been smoother - Kristen recommended the best mortgage agent and legal offices to work with to make this seamless.

Jodi and I will use no one else. We will tell all of our friends to use Century 21 and Kristen Butts. She is the real thing and such a Class Act.

Had it not been for Kristen, I believe I would have given up my search and not purchased due to how insane the market was and how frustrating it could have been without her guidance and support throughout the entire process. She is an amazing realtor and a truly kind person. I will never use anyone other than Kristen for all my real estate needs and anyone reading this should do the same! :>)
