Kristen Johnson

Kristen was a joy to work with on the sale of our home. We didn’t even have to list it as she found a buyer the first time she showed it. Everything went so smoothly . Couldn't hav asked for more!

Working with Kristen to sell our property was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Her market knowledge, strategic marketing and hands on communication made the entire process seamless. She was always friendly and professional. Thanks to her dedication, we received a great deal quickly. We would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling!

Kristen is friendly, energetic and KNOWLEDGEABLE about all things real estate and our North Idaho area. She is easy to work with and listened to our needs and concerns. She took time to help us find local experts for inspections, upgrades or repairs if necessary whether she was selling our home or helping us find a new or different property. She worked with us for over a year until we found our current home and gave us consistent, quality support and advise to sell our home of 33 years. That home sold within 2 days of listing for full asking price. I know she was the force behind getting that quick sale. I highly recommend Kristin for your real estate needs. She is simply spectacular.
