Kristi Baker

Kristi is the right person for any property! She uses top-notch skills backed by solid understanding and insight of both the buyer & seller to close the sale at a price favorable to both. I had a 50-year-old house that was very thoroughly repaired, and most buyers were cautious simply because of my home's age. Kristi put everyone at ease with solid documentation of all repairs and the home's true value. She really "sold" the house by building trust and confidence in both prospective buyers & their agents, that they really were getting a good, well-maintained home, highly worthy of their investment. She's a very knowledgeable & professional realtor, capable of serving any customer!

Kristi was amazing from beginning to end. She was attentive to my needs and made sure I was aware of any updates, changes or needs in a timely manner. Kristi is personable and knows her business! 10 out of 10 recommend!
