Due to home damage from the winter storm just before closing, things became quite chaotic. Kristi Fox Satsky went above and beyond helping me out to get the closing done only 5 days beyond the initial closing date. Because I live out of state it made the whole process more challenging. Kristi spent time and effort locating plumbers and other services to the home to make emergency repairs. I truly appreciated her help, advice and the much extra time she put in getting the home sold.
