Kristi's knowledge of the local market and available inventory helped us quickly make a decision on which home to purchase - which came in handy since she sold our previous home extremely quickly. She had a firm grasp of what we were looking for in our next home, as well as what our budget was. Her guidance through the purchase process and her willingness to help in any way was extremely helpful as we navigated the sale of our old home, the purchase of the new home, and a quick move. She always conducted herself in an extremely professional manner, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.

Kristy has helped me buy and sell many properties through the years. All of which have been investment properties. She even talked me into buying a townhouse at The Barrack's which ended up being a really good investment. She has since sold it for me as well. The most recent property that she has sold for me. She had good ideas on the division, marketing and pricing of it. It all worked out well and she has sold all four tracts.

Our realator, "Kristi Fox" is hardworking, competent, honest, and dependable. We would gladly recommend her to anyone. We have not only gained a new realator during this transaction, but also a new friend. We have no reservations about recommending Kristi or for calling on her for any future real-estate needs. Thanks again for the splendid service. Dr. Gerald E. Vinson

Kristi Fox and her team is absolutely amazing! Kristi answered all calls and texts with any questions we had quickly. She gave us her time to communicate all questions we had anytime we had them. Kristi and her team are the BEST. They helped make our move from another city effortless. Kristi and her team helped us find our dream home and we are grateful. We are impressed at how patient and diligent Kristi and her team were before buying, during the buy and even after the buy. Kristi Fox is the only realtor I will ever have because she will get done what you need done. We have worked with other realtors in the past, but Kristi Fox is by far the BEST. Her attention to all detail and the communication we had with her as a client was truly impressive. Kristi Fox and her team are the only ones we will ever use and recommend when buying or selling a home. Kristi Fox has been gifted by the Lord with her skills as a realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable about what she does. She has a passion for real estate and she shined working with my husband and I as her clients. She was SO patient, professional, and always communicated quickly and clear. Kristi Fox helped our move from another city feel effortless. My husband and I have 100 percent trust in Kristi Fox for all of our real estate needs. Our experience with Kristi Fox and her team was flawless.

I have used other realtors local to our area, but when I decided to use the Kristi Fox Team, I have not considered another. She makes the buying/selling process seamless which is important, because we all have busy lives. Thank you KFT for all you do during the process, as well as those in our community in need!

This is the third house I have purchased but the first time I have worked with Kristi. My only regret is not working with her sooner. She was professional, but made me feel like a friend. She ensured we got exactly what we wanted.
