We didn't know about some of the nice surprises until the closing and even after when we received checks in the mail. We will certainly recommend her in the future.

Fantastic work not disappointed in the slightest

Kristi screened all buyers and ensured that only serious candidates submitted purchase offers saving us time and headache dealing with potential buyers that had not pre-qualified or were able to confirm cash resources for purchase. She was knowledgeable about the market, accurate in assessing what our property was worth (which was difficult as there were no comps). A true partner in ever sense of the word in selling our home. Would definitely buy or sell homes with her as acting agent again.
