Market was really in transition and Kristi and I disagreed on sales price in some discussions, but ultimately she was correct in her assessment of the value as buyer was FHA and impacted by the other recent sales used as comps. I like a healthy debate and she was always respectful in her attitude and conversation. She was very responsive throughout the process and on top of her game. I was not a big client for her, but felt like one.
