Kristi Provencio was very professional throughout every aspect of our buying process. She was with us every step of the way and answered any and all questions we had. Kristi was very knowledgeable and had brought up many points we hadn't originally thought of, which is nice when you have so many things to be thinking about. She makes the buying process as easy and smooth as she can. I would definitely recommend Kristi to any of my relatives.

Kristi was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable of the current market trends and was very helpful and straight forward with us on the sale of our home. She knew exactly what to do at every step of the process and gave us excellent guidance along the way. She remained confident when we encountered challenges and always kept us on target. She was always quick to respond, thorough in her explanations, and she truly had our best interests at heart. She made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Her proactive approach, along with her friendly and professional demeanor, made the entire process smooth. She was always ready to answer any queries and ensured that we were comfortable every step of the way. We’re very satisfied with our purchase, thanks to her. We could not have been happier working with her!

Thank you Kristi for all your time and devotion into the sale of our house and keeping in touch with us afterwards on our long journey (2,111 miles) drive to Delaware. We think the world of you and wish you the very best in all your endeavors.

We found Kristi through a referral from our lender. My husband and I were stationed overseas when we started our home search, and once we got that referral, Kristi almost immediately reached out to us and gave us some great advice to start off our search. She was super genuine, honest and just so nice that we were immediately at ease. From there, she took great care of us and really went above and beyond since we were out of the country. It's definitely a little nerve wracking to buy a property sight unseen, but Kristi's keen eye and familiarity with the local area did a ton to put us at ease. We've purchased and sold homes in three other states, and this was by far the smoothest transaction we've ever had. We really appreciated the support we received. We definitely recommend Kristi Provencio and Century 21 The Edge to anyone looking for a home in El Paso!

Selling my childhood home was challenging but Kristi made the process nearly painless.

Kristi is the best! She made sure we were well informed and updated all through our buying process.

We were blessed to have Kristi Provincio guide us through the purchase and eventual sale of our home in El Paso. We met when she was assigned to us through our relocation company during a PCS move. During the purchase, we expressed that one of our biggest consierations was resale value, as the resale of our home would play a huge role in our future prospects. Life events had left us in less than ideal circumstances and my career was quickly nearing the end. Kristi found a home that was perfect for our needs and circumstances. Based on our monitoring of the market, houses in our neighborhood consistently maintained higher value than those around it. We had no doubts that Krist was the person we wanted when we were ready to sell. Our home was under contract in days, selling for more than we dreamed possible. During our purchase and sale, we discovered that Kristi is a very competent realtor and truly wonderful person. She worked tirelessly with us through every circumstance, being ever accessible, and always having our best interest at heart. We are grateful for her guidance, which has led to a complete change in our circumstances and prospects for the future. We never thought we would utter the words, "I miss the realtor." We do. She is an honest, hard working wonderful person that we cannot recommend enough.

What my husband and I appreciated most about Kristi Provencio was her attentiveness. She was just a phone call or text away, and always, always responded quickly. If we had questions or concerns, she did not stop until she had our issues resolved. She understood our needs perfectly, and many times knew what we wanted before we did.
