Top notch service from every aspect and quite frankly she is just a genuine person. She kept our interest in the forefront above everything else. This was one of the most positive home purchases I've experienced, mostly because of Kristi's efforts. No issues from anyone in Century 21 staff, but Kristi went above/beyond. I never recommend real estate agents to people, but I will definitely recommend Kristi to everyone I know when the time presents itself. Would give better marks if they were available. She even helped explain things outside of what you'd expect from an agent.

My overall experience working with Kristi was excellent. She stepped in when it wasn't possible for us to do so. Her knowledge and experience in this field made the home buying process simpler for us. Kristi broke down the home buying lingo for us and made it easy for us to understand. Kristi is extremely approachable she made us feel welcomed and comfortable, because this state is totally new for us. She was available for us whenever we called, texted or emailed and I must say Kristi went over and beyond and we greatly appreciate her for that. Kristi made the necessary recommendations to us in order for our new home to be move in ready. We were matched with a phenomenal broker. We would definitely refer her to friends and family as well as ourselves for the future.

Although excited at the prospect of being first-time home buyers, we were not looking forward to the process and the state of the market. Fortunately for us, Kristi Povencio of Century 21 the Edge was our agent! She was honest, and inciteful, and took the time to understand our hopes and wants before we even started looking. She felt like a friend looking out for us rather than an agent hoping for us to buy. She helped us avoid some costly mistakes we were on track to make, and I'm confident the dream home we found was a direct result of all that she did, the last-minute showings, her communication with all parties, and her desire to help us. Thank you, Kristi, you were perfect.

Kristi is wonderful. She goes out of her way to make sure you find a place that is right for you or your family. Hardworking and very knowledgeable, I would recommend her to anyone.

Kristi was very helpful and reliable. I appreciate the time she took to help us look for a property for the last year. We will continue to search for property and plan to have her as our realtor going forward. She always keeps us in the loop and well informed. Kristi is always kind and professional and on time! We have now worked with her 3 times and look forward to working with her on our future sells/purchases. My experience was smooth with her helping us every step of the way. We feel thankful to have been able to purchase a property in this crazy market.

We have worked with Century 21 the Edge three times now and plan to continue to do so. Kristi Provencio has been our realtor three times in a row and we will continue the partnership we have developed. She handles everything in a timely and professional manner. There are so many real estate agents out there that are flighty and not so respectful but Kristi has never let us down. She is helpful in all aspects of a purchase and will always strive to make us happy. We appreciate her transparency and effective communication. Kristi is and has been an amazing realtor through and through and exceeds expectations. We are breaking into real estate investing and will continue to ask her to represent and help us throughout this new venture. Thank you Kristi for excellent customer service, patience, kindness, education, and honesty!

Kristi is amazing. Knowledgeable and gives solid advice. She makes sure she keeps you protected and makes your experience as simple as possible.
