Not only was Kristi Provencio extremely knowledgeable of the area, builders and schools and was always available for my many questions no matter the time of day she was very patient and understanding when my anxiety of the situation would kick in! She knew just what to say to relieve my apprehensions of not just the purchase of a house but moving my family across the country! BUYING A HOUSE AND MOVING CAN BE SCARY but she made it painless and fun! I'm really going to miss our conversations while riding around looking at houses. In the end Kristi didn't just feel like my real estate agent she felt like a friend!

Once in El Paso, Kristi dedicated an entire week to showing us each of the 28 homes. By the end of the week she helped us to find a beautiful home and negotiate a fair price. Upon the initial meeting with Kristi Provencio, we were thrilled to find someone so down to earth and who took her time to explain things to us. She even met with us late since me and my wife's schedules are difficult to coordinate. She remained a support for us as a custom build was extremely time consuming and she greatly aided during times of disagreement with the builder or when we were unsure of the steps to take. Every question we had regarding purchasing a home she was able to answer and if it was something sightly unfamiliar she'd find a way to get the answer. We never felt lost and she was very thorough.
